The building rises 34 stories and features over 22,000 square feet of amenities, including indoor and outdoor areas on the seventh floor. Residents enjoy a rooftop pool, social areas, co-working spaces, and leisure zones designed to encourage connection and well-being.

Interior and residences

Residences are thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, featuring high ceilings, quality finishes, and premium appliances. Interiors present a contemporary aesthetic with finished flooring, porcelain bathrooms, and kitchens with two-tone cabinetry and terrazzo countertops. Select units offer views of the city and the bay.

Wellness and services

The core concept revolves around an integrated approach to wellness. It includes a state-of-the-art gym, personal training rooms, and recovery areas such as sauna, hammam, and a full-service spa.
